Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation — Open Courses

• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to course start: full refund.

• Cancellation 30—21 days before course start: 50% refund.

• Cancellation less than 21 days before course start: no refund.

2. Cancellation — private groups (courses and guiding)

For private groups, stricter conditions apply due to reserved dates and exclusive use of the organizer.

• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to agreed start: full refund.

• Cancellation 60—30 days before the agreed start: 50% refund.

• Cancellation less than 30 days prior to agreed start: no refund.

Cancellation applies to the entire group and must be made in writing from the contact person provided.

3. Cancellation by organizer (illness, safety, etc.)

If the organizer falls ill, or is unable to carry out the activity due to other unforeseen circumstances, and it is not possible to provide a qualified representative, the organizer reserves the right to cancel.

In the event of such cancellation, the following shall apply:

**Open Course: **
The customer is offered rebooking to a new time. If rebooking is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded.

**Private Groups: **
For private groups, no refund is given in case of cancellation due to illness of the organizer less than 30 days before the agreed start. The customer is advised to have travel insurance that covers such events.

Organiser does not cover any consequential costs such as travel, accommodation or lost work income.

4. Failing to attend

Missing or delayed attendance, as well as interrupted attendance, do not give the right to a refund.

5. Rebooking

Re-booking can be offered upon request if practicable, but the organiser is under no obligation to provide this.
