Terms of purchase

These Terms and Conditions apply to all courses, guided tours and private assignments booked through Ragni Klokkersteen Odéen's website or booking system.

When placing an order, the customer confirms that the terms of purchase have been read and accepted.

1. Ordering

Booking is binding when payment has been completed and confirmed. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided are correct. The purchase is valid for the specified date and activity.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For private groups, one contact person is billed for the entire group.
Prices are stated in NOK and include VAT where applicable.

3. Delivery

The delivery consists of participation in a course, guiding or other agreed activity. Practical information and equipment list are sent in advance of the activity.

4. Changes to the program

Organizer reserves the right to make adjustments to program, content, schedule and schedule if conditions so require. Such changes do not entitle you to price reductions or refunds.

5. Risks and Responsibilities

Activities in the mountains involve inherent risks. The customer participates at his own responsibility and is responsible for having suitable equipment, adequate insurance and the necessary physical and mental conditions for the activity.

6. One-person feat

The business is run as a one-person business. The customer is aware that illness or other unforeseen circumstances of the organizer may affect the implementation of the activity.
